Does Rain Clean San Clemente Windows Naturally?

Not really. San Clemente gets very little rain from roughly May through November, and even when storms do roll through in winter, they often carry their own salt spray off the ocean rather than rinsing existing buildup away.

It’s a common assumption that coastal rain does at least some of the maintenance work for free, but in practice the opposite is often true here. Winter storms arriving off the Pacific can carry salt spray of their own, and rain landing on glass that already has mineral deposits or salt film often just adds new spotting rather than clearing the old.

That’s part of why a scheduled purified-water process matters more here than in inland cities that see more consistent rainfall.
