Pressure Washing in San Clemente, CA
Driveways, patios, and hardscape — cleared of salt residue, dirt, and grime.
The same salt air and marine layer that etch windows also leave a dingy film on driveways, walkways, and patios. Add San Clemente’s dry stretch from spring through fall and dust just keeps building on hardscape with nothing to rinse it off naturally.
We pressure wash driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks with technique matched to the surface — enough pressure to lift grime, not enough to etch concrete, strip pavers, or damage stucco. Like everything else we do, it’s a flat-rate quote and easy to pair with a window cleaning visit for a full exterior refresh in one stop.
Why Driveways and Patios Need It Here
San Clemente’s coastal air doesn’t stop at your windows. The same salt carried off the Pacific settles on concrete, pavers, and stucco, and without regular rain to rinse it off, it builds into a dingy film — especially during the dry stretch from spring through fall. Santa Ana wind events add another layer, depositing fine dust across driveways and patios much the same way they do on solar panels and glass. Low-traffic areas like side yards and pool decks tend to hold onto grime the longest, since foot traffic and rain don’t naturally wear it away.
How We Approach Pressure Washing
Pressure washing works differently than the 0-PPM purified water system we use on windows and solar panels — that process relies on filtration rather than pressure, while hardscape needs controlled water pressure to lift grime mechanically. We match pressure and nozzle angle to the surface: a wider, lower-pressure fan for stucco and pavers to avoid etching or stripping, and more targeted pressure for sealed concrete that can handle it. The same salt residue and hard water spotting we clear off glass (see our breakdown of hard water stain removal) shows up on driveways and patios too, just in a heavier, more visible layer. We don’t pressure wash roofs — the risk of shingle damage makes that a separate specialty best left to roofing-specific crews.
