We provide residential and commercial window cleaning and related services in San Clemente, CA and surrounding areas, including hard water stain removal, salt film and glass protection treatment, screen/track/sill cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your property and its condition. Because actual pricing depends on factors we can only fully assess on site or from photos (such as home size, number of stories, and the condition of the glass), the final price is confirmed with you before any work begins. We don’t charge for work beyond what’s been agreed to without discussing it with you first.
Scheduling and Property Access
You’re responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas being serviced at the scheduled appointment time. If we’re unable to access the property or complete the work as scheduled through no fault of our own, we may need to reschedule, and additional charges may apply for a return trip.
Weather and safety conditions (high winds, storms, etc.) may require us to reschedule your appointment. We’ll do our best to notify you as early as possible and find a new time that works for you.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you at the time of booking or service.
Your Satisfaction
If you’re not satisfied with any part of the work we’ve done, please let us know within a reasonable time after the appointment so we have the opportunity to make it right.
Limitation of Liability
- We take reasonable care to protect your property while performing our services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or defects in windows, screens, seals, frames, solar panels, or other surfaces that existed before we began work.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this Site.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
