We’d rather know one coastline well than several cities loosely.

There’s no fixed rule — it comes down to availability and, for HOA communities like Talega, working within their maintenance windows. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can match your preferred week.

In most cases, yes — routine buildup responds well to proper cleaning and treatment. But if mineral deposits or salt film sit on glass long enough, they can etch the surface permanently. When that happens, cleaning can improve the appearance but can’t fully restore the glass. We’ll tell you honestly which situation you’re dealing with before we start, rather than promising a result cleaning can’t deliver.

Not every cloudy or hazy window is a cleaning problem. A fogged appearance between double-pane glass usually means a failed seal, and scratches or manufacturing defects aren’t something any cleaning process can fix. If we spot this on your windows, we’ll tell you directly instead of cleaning around it and hoping you don’t notice — that kind of issue needs a glass repair specialist, not a window cleaner.

PPM stands for parts per million — it’s a measure of dissolved minerals in water. Ordinary tap water carries enough minerals to leave the same spotting you’re trying to remove, even right after cleaning. Our purified water system filters those minerals out until the water reads at 0-PPM, so glass air-dries completely spot-free with no squeegee marks or streaks.
